The binding terms of your enrollment are set out in the Enrollment Agreement and the Student Catalog. Where these Terms differ from those documents, the Enrollment Agreement and the Student Catalog control. Tuition, payment plans and financial aid are described there and should be read in full before you sign. Completing a program does not guarantee licensure, job placement or any level of earnings, and Indiana licensing requirements apply to practice. Confirm current requirements with the Indiana state board before enrolling.

  • Our social media pages have community guidelines: keep comments civil, do not post another person's private information, and do not post content that is unlawful or misleading.
  • Tagging LLBBC does not mean we endorse you, and we may reshare or reply to public posts about us.
  • Only our official accounts speak for LLBBC. Accounts that impersonate the school or its staff will be reported to the platform.
  • Your use of a social platform is also governed by that platform's own terms.

If you post, submit or send us content, including reviews, testimonials and photographs, you keep ownership and grant LLBBC a licence to use, reproduce and display it in our marketing, on our website and in our materials, with no payment to you. We may photograph or record events, competitions such as The Fade Finale, and campus activities, and by attending you consent to that recording and its use. Contests and giveaways are governed by the rules posted with each one, and by these Terms where those rules are silent.

AI assistants give general information only

Our chat widget and automated assistants answer general questions and can be wrong or out of date. They do not give legal, financial, immigration or licensing advice. Confirm anything important with a campus before you act on it. Third‑party sites we link to are outside our control and are governed by their own terms.

Salon and Clinic Services and Campus Conduct

Our public salon and barber services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed instructors. Services are teaching exercises, so results vary with the student's stage of training and with the time available.

  • You agree to tell your student and instructor about any health condition, medication, recent chemical service or known allergy before work begins.
  • Patch tests are available on request and are advised before colour, relaxer or other chemical services. Ask for one before your appointment.
  • Prices and service times are set by the campus and confirmed when you book. Ask for the current price list before your service starts.
  • If you cancel or arrive late, the campus may need to shorten or move your service.
  • You accept the ordinary risks of work performed by students in training, including uneven results and the need for correction.

Assumption of risk

Chemical and mechanical services carry risks even when performed correctly, including skin reaction, breakage and colour variation. Student work adds the risk that a result may need correction. Tell staff about any concern during the service rather than after you leave.

Campus conduct:

  • Follow staff instructions and keep to areas open to visitors.
  • Treat students, clients and staff with respect; harassment or discrimination ends your visit.
  • Do not record or photograph other clients without their permission.
  • Supervise children you bring to campus.
  • No weapons, alcohol or illegal substances on campus.
  • Report a safety concern to a staff member straight away.

Disclaimers, Liability, Disputes and Changes

The provisions below apply to the fullest extent allowed by Indiana law. Some rights cannot be excluded, and nothing here removes a right you hold under consumer protection law.

Warranties.
Our websites, content and general information are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent the law allows, LLBBC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost earnings or lost opportunity, arising from use of our sites or services.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify LLBBC against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of our sites, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit.
Dispute resolution.
Contact the campus first so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If that fails, disputes are governed by Indiana law and brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
Termination and suspension.
We may suspend or end access to our sites, messaging programs or campus visits for breach of these Terms or for safety reasons.
Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms, and the effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Severability and entire agreement.
If one provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Enrollment Agreement and Student Catalog are the whole agreement between us.
Accessibility.
We work to keep our websites and campus services usable for everyone. Contact a campus if you need information in another format or help booking a tour.

The limits of what we promise

These Terms do not promise that our sites will be uninterrupted or error free, and they do not promise a licence, a job or a level of earnings. Read this section with the Enrollment Agreement before you enroll or book a service.

Questions about these Terms, a booking, an application or a service can be directed to any campus at the addresses and phone numbers in the campus contacts table, or through the main website at lillousbeautyandbarbercollege.com.

Please also read our Privacy Policy.
